Core Responsibilities


  • Strategic Execution:
    Translate regional eCommerce strategy into performance objectives and execution plans for the LEGO group’s product portfolio on key B2B eCommerce partner sites across APAC.
  • Campaign Leadership:
    Own and maintain the annual campaign planning and activation calendar for eComm at regional level, ensuring close alignment with markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Represent B2B eComm as the ‘audience lead’ in the cross-functional marketing matrix, ensuring a coherent strategy and campaign development across Brand, Digital, Trade, and eCommerce.
  • Innovation and Performance:
    Drive strategic innovations with markets and the performance marketing team.
  • Agile Change Lead:
    Own agile ways of working across the regional teams, serve as Scrum Master, and share the best methodologies across business units.
  • Thought Leadership:
    Act as a leader with vision, coach, and evangelist for regional eCommerce COE product owners and BU Leads to improve and refine regional commercial Scrum processes.

This role is pivotal in the team with a dual mission – innovating go-to-market strategies and leading change in ways of working. You will own critical marketing campaigns and enhance collaboration and agility by orchestrating the efforts of cross-functional teams.




Do you have what it takes?


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field with high level of academic achievement
  • Experience:
    8-10 years of experience in digital commerce and/or marketing, ideally with a premium consumer brand, ecommerce platform, or digital agency.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrated success in developing and launching large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • eCommerce Expertise:
    Solid understanding of major international eCommerce sites and/or advertising networks, with an understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.
  • Cross-functional prowess:
    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional collaborators, including sales, brand marketing, and analytics, to tackle sophisticated problems and deliver results.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Experience mentoring teams/individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with digital work management tools such as Monday.Com, Asana, JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Direct “hands on keyboard” experience with digital media at B2B eCommerce accounts or external media agencies is a bonus
