We are looking for a suitable Senior Manager, Corporate Services candidate to fulfill this undertaking for our social service agency (SSA). The Senior Manager of Corporate Services leads the Corporate Services team in formulating, developing, implementing, and evaluating policies. This role involves developing strategic planning frameworks for the department, representing Corporate Services in policy consultation initiatives, and overseeing consultation processes with key stakeholders during policy evaluations. As an experienced staff member with excellent team management skills, the Senior Manager of Corporate Services works across the agency to create an environment that supports the organisation's mission to serve beneficiaries and their families.


Responsibilities


A Leadership &
Policy Making


1. Assist the Core Leadership Team in setting strategic directions for the organisation in line with its mission and vision.


2. Assist the Executive Director (ED) and Corporate Services Director (CSD) in charting milestones to monitor organisational progress towards desired goals.


3. Recommend and formulate strategic plans and change management plans to achieve the organisation's desired outcomes.


4. Synthesise feedback from stakeholders to determine key outcome indicators for policies.


5. Develop strategic planning frameworks with the Corporate Services Director for Corporate Services and oversee the overall development of the Corporate Services Team.


B Information Technology


1. Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters, including overall responsibility for strategic IT direction, IT project management and change management, negotiation and management of IT vendors and outsourced vendors, IT infrastructure and network, hosting, cybersecurity, IT software and hardware management, telephony, knowledge management structure, and record upkeep.


2. Manage the development of service-level objectives and targets for all appointed IT vendors.


3. Monitor service-level objectives to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded.


4. Provide recommendations on emerging technology to senior management and stakeholders.


5. Develop and implement communication plans for change implementation.


6. Explore methods to apply new technology to, and reuse existing technology for, business processes and improvements.


C Human Resource


1. Manage the HR Team and provide oversight on HR-related matters, including regulatory compliance and employee engagement.


2. Support the ED and CSD in charting strategic HR directions to meet agency's overall manpower needs across all services.


3. Provide oversight and operational backup for the HR Manager and team, and implement HR practices to keep employees engaged and deliver high performance.


D Finance


1. Manage the Finance Team and provide oversight on finance-related matters, including regulatory compliance and internal audit.


2. Support the ED and CSD in charting strategic finance directions to ensure agency's financial sustainability and optimal utilisation in the long term.


3. Provide oversight and operational backup for the Finance Manager and team, and implement finance practices to deliver sufficient and clear financial information to relevant stakeholders to achieve high performance and financial goals.


D Communications, Partnership, and Fundraising


1. Manage the Communications staff and provide oversight on communications-related matters, including branding and public communications.


2. Support the ED and CSD in building agency's public and internal persona to foster stakeholder affinity.


3. Support the delivery of the agency's fundraising and partnership-building goals.


E Other Duties


1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and requirements stipulated by funders and regulators for the agency, which is a society, charity, and IPC.


2. Support the role of secretariat for the Management Committee and its sub-committees alongside other staff members.


3. Support the CSD in the role of Personal Data Officer.


4. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the CSD.
