Senior/ Manager, Finance Controlling

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance and leadership to team members.
  
• Responsible for financial and statutory reporting to ensure timely monthly closing and compliance oversight on company's policies, international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders, shared services on manpower cost, opex management, cash optimization, performance management and in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  
• Ensure efficient accounts receivables, accounts payable, inventory and cash flow management process.
  
• Participate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to harmonize and simplify Finance
  Processes.
  
• Support any ad-hoc projects, tasks, new processes and system implementation when required.
  

Requirements

• Degree in relevant Accountancy, Business or similar Finance
  
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience with strong exposure for overall finance management.
  
• Experience in overseeing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in healthcare sector or SAP will be an advantage
  
• Team player and partner multi-disciplinary colleagues
  
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
