Job Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Strategy:
    Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administration functions. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive departmental objectives and contribute to overall organizational success.
  • Financial Management:
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and internal policies. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Human Resources:
    Manage HR functions including recruitment, talent development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment conducive to employee growth and engagement.
  • Administration:
    Streamline administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and procurement activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all departments. Implement internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.G., CPA, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven experience (more than 5 years) in a senior role in Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administration functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.G., CPA, SHRM-CP, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success (5+ years) in driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to anticipate and navigate through complex challenges.
  • Thought leadership in emerging trends and best practices related to Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Experience in managing international operations or working in a global context.
