JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing initiatives and development of creative content (online and offline) to generate awareness and drive usage of services/products for the various business units. You will also play an important role in the building of the company brand profile and achieving business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Support and deliver strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and business objectives.
- Manage end to end marketing campaigns/promotions and activities (including conceptualizing, creative development and implementation) to drive brand awareness and usage of products &
services.
- Liaise with internal &
external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns in an organized and timely manner.
- Manage and develop online and offline materials to support the marketing, business development and corporate teams - brochures, step guide, and ensuring alignment to company’s brand guideline.
- Assist in the management and development of digital content for social media and other digital media. Update the effectiveness of marketing plans to management &
provide actionable intuitions for improvements
- Craft and activate media campaigns to drive company’s website traffic across channels like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign metrics and ensures it aligns with the goals of the campaigns.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor liabilities to maximize marketing campaign ROI.
- Take the lead to negotiate and work with various partners to establish agreements that benefit both parties, boosting brand visibility and generating leads.
- Provide support to other corporate functions to promote strategic initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or any relevant discipline
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant marketing experience, including digital marketing
- Proficient in Social media platform and online design tool
- Strong command of written English, preferably with experience in copywriting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result oriented, motivation driven &
able to multitask
5.5 working days
8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
8am - 12pm (Saturday)
