Senior Operations Executive | Logistics | Office Hours Ml

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive for our client to oversee and manage the operational activities related to shipping documentation, customs clearance, vendor invoices, and payment arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery arrangements, maintain compliance with customs regulations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between officers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery arrangements.
  
• Prepare accurate shipping documents and airfreight documentation in compliance with international and local regulations.
  
• Coordinate with permit declarants for customs documentation, ensuring adherence to customs regulations and procedures.
  
• Declare daily cargo clearance and export permits.
  
• Handle and verify vendors’ invoices and agents' debit notes, arrange payments to co-loaders and carriers, and track orders to ensure adherence to payment terms.
  
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service by delivering timely updates and coordination related to shipment status.
  
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain comprehensive records of permits and documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between various stakeholders.
  
• Working Hours:
  5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
