Senior Operations Executive

As a Senior Operations Executive you are responsible for inbound Group/FIT travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and support. You will be responsible for daily Tour Guide assignments and After-Office Phone Stand-by duties on rotation basis with Allowance.

Responsibilities:

• To support the department in managing the inbound travel operations of Groups/FIT originating from Japan &
  other region.
  
• To effectively handle scheduling, booking, reservation, requests and amendments for Hotels, restaurants, transportation, and city tour
  
• To efficiently prepare all documentations i.E. tickets, itinerary, vouchers etc for the Tour Guides ahead of Guests’ arrival
  
• To ensure understanding and compliance with all Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets.
  
• To maintain proper filing system and other admin/clerical duties.
  
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (preferably Travel and Tourism or equivalent).
  
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience with in-depth Inbound Travel Industry knowledge and experience with creative flair and good organisational skills
