Senior / Patient Service Associate, Specialist Clinics Operation

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties
- Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
- Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:

- GCE 'N'/ 'O' / 'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal &
communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
