Senior Planner

• Create and manage production schedules for timely availability of finished goods.
  
• Coordinate with production teams for daily manufacturing plans.
  
• Ensure raw material availability before production release.
  
• Provide order delivery confirmation to customer service.
  
• Timely creation of process orders for production scheduling.
  
• Convert Stock Transport Orders (STO) for resale affiliates.
  
• Execute make-to-order and purchase-to-order planning strategies.
  
• Monthly review and management of finished goods for re-blending and write-offs.
  
• Manage write-offs for bases, intermediates, block stock, and trials.
  
• Report and follow up on aged inventory status.
  
• Lead and maintain planning master data.
  
• Evaluate and recommend settings for specific products.
  
• Review and provide reasons for non-compliance orders.
  
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related equivalent.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management or a related role.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems;
  example SAP
