Senior Product Manager, Data

Our product managers are responsible for discovering the needs of both our current and future users. Working in close collaboration with designers, researchers, engineers, product marketers, and data analysts, they conduct market research, run split tests, and more to ensure that we deliver value to millions of users around the world.

Product managers at ExpressVPN are fully empowered to lead cross-functional teams, taking ownership and delivering impact to critical user and business metrics such as engagement, retention, and user satisfaction. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work alongside talented software engineers to define the strategies and roadmaps for our Data Team.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for our Data Team
  
• Spearhead the discovery of new and innovative ways to monetize our technology
  
• Define KPIs to ensure visibility and accountability on service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  
• Work closely with our research and data teams to gain a deeper understanding of our customers and the competitive landscape
  
• Facilitate and foster cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams
  
• Align objectives, remove blockers, and increase our velocity to impact for our customers
  
• Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to various audiences—from executives to engineers—with an innate ability to reduce complex ideas down to a simple narrative
  

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products
  
• Comfortable discussing technical details and communicating with developers on technical topics
