Senior Product Specialist (Aston Martin)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Consultant to close deals and support in all product-related enquiries from Sales Consultant
  
• Assist Sales Consultant to close deals and support in all product-related enquiries from Sales Consultant
  
• Assist line manager to handle customer issues
  
• Bring customers through the unique selling points and the features of our range of products
  
• Act at Brand Ambassador and support with Concierge duties
  
• Conduct test drives to prospects and media
  
• Ensure showroom operational readiness
  
• Identify areas to improve margins through product options or enhance specifications
  
• Nurture and Maintain strong client relationships
  
• Perform Pre-Delivery quality checks for new and showroom cars to ensure manufacturer standard is met
  
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standard e.G. mystery shopper survey, e-Learning requirements
  
• Support the Aftersales operations when required
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience
  
• Passion for cars with strong product knowledge
  
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
  
• Weekend rotational support required
