Senior/Project Architect

Responsibilities &
Requirements:

• Lead team and consultants in implementation of local private, commercial and public projects.
  
• Well versed in local residential projects (HDB &
  Condo) will be an advantage.
  
• Direct design development towards architectural intent.
  
• Fulfill client and authorities requirements.
  
• Minimum 5 years local experience in project management.
  
• Flair in design development and detailing.
  
• Knowledge of local authority requirements.
  
• Master or Bachelor of Architecture equivalent (Recognised by BOA Singapore).
  
• Proficient in ACAD, Sketch up, Revit and/or ArchiCad.
  
• Working schedule:
  Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
  
• Location:
  Central, Singapore.
