Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager | Up to $7.2k | Tai Seng

5.5day work(Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm &
Sat 9am – 12noon).
Working Location:
Kampong Ampat [Tai Seng MRT / Bartley MRT]

Only Performance bonus - PB base on KPI around 20% of annual salary

Allowance – if candidate own a car, transport allowance 1K, if dun have own car, transport as per claim. company mobile will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Overlooking all awarded Strategic projects in Singapore
  
• Responsible for periodic progress reports
  
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
  
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response
  
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
  
• Ensure timely preparation and monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
  
• Project delivery;
  Attend site meetings, keep accurate records, ensure safety;
  monitor and status programmes, identify and manage quality, assist with handover to operations teams and provide project health reports.
  
• Develop and execute project management plans, such as safety, quality, time and cost
  
• Concurrently manage multiple projects;
  including new data centre building and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centres
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of engineering;
  electrical, mechanical or related field. Preferred:
  mechanical
  
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
  
• 3-5 years working experience.
  
• Familiar with “Data Center” projects or complex projects in a M&
  E environment
  
• Experience with HVAC Equipment is an advantage
