Senior/ Project Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  
• Set department goals and objectives and collaborate with senior management on overall company goals.
  
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  
• Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to the engineering team.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and production, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
  
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or It's equivalent.
  
• At least 4 years’ experience related working experience
  
• Able to lead a team
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
