Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring the highest standards of project delivery. Working closely with design leaders and directors, you will manage project schedules, quality control, and overall project management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects including schedules, timelines, billings, invoicing, and collections.
  
• Collaborate with international design teams to ensure superior project execution.
  
• Ensure quality control from initial presentations through documentation and service delivery, including coordination of construction documents, details, and specifications.
  
• Review shop drawings and material sample submittals to ensure compliance with design.
  
• Perform Construction Documents (CD) and Construction Administration (CA) tasks, resolving code and construction issues.
  
• Conduct and document field observations to monitor construction progress and handle construction administration duties such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and change orders.
  

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of project management experience, with 5-10 years preferably in hospitality or similar industries.
  
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.
  
• Experience with international 5-star luxury and upscale projects.
  
• Technical proficiency in design and production software (e.G., AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach with excellent organization and time management skills.
  
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
