RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Senior Property Management Executive for my client who is a leader in the Real Estate industry!



Job Description



  • Supervise a team of Admin Assistant and Technicians
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance work at buildings as assigned
  • Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works at buildings as assigned
  • Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions &
    Alterations (A&
    A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&
    A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
  • Manage contractors’ performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
  • Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings as assigned
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.E. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)
  • Attend to tenants’ requests, feedbacks and marketing request promptly
  • Assist the Operations Manager in liaising with external parties on matters relating to the building


Requirements



  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Engineering/Estate Management/Project &
    Facilities Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in managing commercial buildings
