Senior Sales Operations Analyst


Location:
Raffles Place, Singapore
Work Hours:
8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some calls may be required during US time zone.


Role Summary:


Join our APJ Go to Market Team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the APJ Managing Director. Your primary goal will be to enhance demand generation, sales enablement, sales execution, and pipeline management to drive revenue growth across the APJ region. You'll ensure the sales team has the insights and information needed to close deals efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery Services, Resource Management, Product Development, and Finance teams.
  • Support daily operations with a focus on deal qualification, forecast management, and demand generation.
  • Assist the Sales team with proposals, Salesforce queries, process questions, and RFP responses.
  • Generate and manage sales performance reports and dashboards using Salesforce.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs to drive sales productivity and growth.
  • Prepare sales performance reports for leadership presentations.
  • Roll out new sales processes and tools across the APJ team, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to sales procedures and tools.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new APJ Sales Team members.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the sales teams.
  • Plan and manage logistics for sales events like annual kickoffs and mid-year meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage sales operational performance across APJ.


Qualifications &
Skills:



  • Proven track record in sales operations, support, and enablement.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.Com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Experience in Professional Services and Software Businesses.
  • Experience working with Partner Channels (e.G., SAP, GSIs) and large enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create and communicate business plans and metrics.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Eager to learn, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations Management.
