Senior Solution Architect/Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate factors contributing to business problems and provide solutions on the current Hadoop platform and future AWS Cloud platform.
  
• Comprehend business requirements and create an IT system migration work plan.
  
• Participate in the planning of application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.
  
• Manage tasks for the team and provide leadership for junior team members.
  
• Develop suitable metrics for reporting key performance and quality indicators.
  
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth implementation.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience in maintaining large-scale applications across various environments, including migration projects.
  
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Hadoop/Big Data application projects.
  
• Hands-on experience with the Informatica product suite and Databricks tools is preferred.
  
• Experience in IT project management and process flows.
  
• Understanding of hardware and software application structures and configuration methodologies.
  
• Ability to bridge business and engineering teams, aligning business needs with appropriate IT solutions.
  
• Leadership skills with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Capability to motivate teams in challenging situations.
  
• Knowledge of business structure, technology usage, and business goals is preferred.
  
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
