Senior Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Manager and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure achievement of targeted loan objectives, focusing on Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land &
  Construction loans.
  
• Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to RMs to help them reach their individual targets.
  
• Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to conduct market surveys and develop strategies for product and pricing policies aimed at expanding the loan portfolio.
  
• Evaluate loan proposals and provide recommendations to relevant approval authorities.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
  
• Proven experience in leading a team
  
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market.
  
• In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land &
  Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
