Service Assistant Engineer (Medical Company, Class 3 License Needed) Hcg

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and on-site maintenance for medical aesthetic equipment.
  
• Deliver after-sales maintenance, calibrate electronic components, and align lasers.
  
• Perform routine repairs, troubleshooting, and installation setup.
  
• Manage spare parts inventory and warranty returns.
  
• Plan and execute routine servicing schedules and equipment setups for demos.
  
• Handle equipment maintenance contracts and administrative tasks.
  
• Document and track all technical matters, and prepare service reports.
  
• Communicate with manufacturers about complaints and issues.
  
• Respond to breakdown repairs on short notice.
  
• Assist with delivery tasks as needed.
  
• Provide technical support at demos and exhibitions.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  
• Must have a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
  
• Experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting, especially with laser systems and medical aesthetic equipment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Good team player, able to complete tasks on time and eager to learn.
  
• Independent, hardworking, and good interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
