Service Crew

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant
  
• Process customer’s orders and payment via POS systems
  
• Provide answers to queries presented to clients regarding services and offers made available
  
• Respond to customer queries and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
  
• Keep work areas, such as bar/ beverage preparation area, and customer areas clean and organized.
  
• Monitor and stock up supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low
  
• Serve food and drinks to customers in an effective and polite manner
  
• Clean all tables after customers have left and get such tables prepared for the next set
  
• Wash beverage cups and glasses
  
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
  

Job Requirement;

• Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
  
• Ability to maintain composure during rush hours
  
• Deliver quality customer service
  
• Team player
  
• 6 days work week for full timer
  
• 5 days work week for permanent part timer
  
• Flexible hours for part timer
  
• Able to perform flexi shift, and work on weekends &
  public holidays
