Basic Purpose and Objective of Job


As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the precision and performance of various timepieces. Your role will involve testing, repairing, and ensuring the optimal functionality of watches. This position requires a detailed-oriented individual with a strong understanding of electronic instruments and mechanical components. You will work closely with retail stakeholders, providing necessary training and support to enhance service standards.




Key Responsibiities


  • Test and repair timepiece accuracy and performance using specialized meters and electronic instruments.
  • Demagnetize mechanical components using demagnetizing machines.
  • Test, replace, and repair batteries and other electronic components of watches.
  • Manage and replenish stock of spare parts and materials necessary for watch repairs.
  • Provide basic training to retail employees dismantling of watches.
  • Document and report any quality issues encountered with watches, both from stock and customer returns.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and international standards to enhance efficiency and productivity in watch repair processes.
  • Assist in all aspects of watch repair activities, including planning, processing, and purchasing of parts, as well as preparation for repairs.
  • Collaboration with the Internal Auditor to conduct monthly audits at retail locations.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including repair reports and other administrative tasks related to watch management.
  • Discuss issues and provide feedback to superior to achieve desired productivity level.
  • Undertake special projects or assignments as directed by the company from time to time.
