Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the repair and installation projects (eg doors, windows etc).
  
• Manage the operations within the workshop.
  
• Plan the manpower allocation and deployment.
  
• Handle the safety and compliance requirements of the company.
  
• Assist in managing the operations team.
  
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.

• Requires at least an ITE/Diploma certificate or its equivalent.
  
• Relevant hands-on working experience in the marine industry with valid skills and/or safety certifications will be an advantage.
  
• A valid Class 3 / 4 license will be advantageous.
  
• Able to work weekends if required.
