Shipping Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) – Jk

• Preparation of INV &
  PL, export documents (Test Reports, Non-DG Declaration Letter), etc.
  
• Import operations from Japanese head office
  
• Check Arrival Notice, B/L, INV &
  P/L, Customs Clearance Amount (GST), and document transfer to the warehouse
  
• After the ship arrives and the cargo is in stock, enter data such as lot numbers into the internal system
  
• Export operations to customers in various countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, China, and some EU)
  
• PO receipt, shipping schedule communication and negotiation, forecasting and inventory confirmation, etc.
  
• After Sales Services (claims for cargo damage, additional import customs documents, etc.).
  
• Arrangement of carriers
  
• Creation of INV&
  PL
  
• Schedule confirmation (flight/ship), booking and follow-up (sending AWB, BL, etc.) to forwarders
  
• Urgent shipping arrangement (With Couriers)
  
• Creation of INV&
  PL
  
• Book on website and create courier waybill
  
• Preparation of relevant export documents (SDS, Non-DG Declaration Letter)
  
• Warehouse management:
  FIFO management of inventory LOT according to shipping quantity (First In First Out)
  
• Understand import and export regulations:
  Understand information on import and export regulations (import taxes, declarations, customs documents, etc.) for each country
  

Job Requirements:

• Able to converse in Japanese to liaise with stakeholders in Japan HQ
  
• At least 1 year of related work experience (With wide knowledge of Incoterms, Sea and Air companies with ability to communicate with them, and FCL, LCL)
  
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  
• Person who is communicative, cooperative, and accurate
