Shipping Coordinator (Logistics)

5 Days, Monday to Friday

8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Description

• Attend to telephone, email enquiries &
  complaints
  
• Arrange cargo shipments
  
• Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
  
• Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
  
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties &
  monitor shipment
  
• Process permit documentation if required
  
• Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
  
• General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in Shipping/Logistic industry. Training is provided.
  
• Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
