Shipping Officer - Mnc (Ocean)_cp1

(WEST REGION) - Toh Guan Road

Main task :

1. Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division
   
2. Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
   
3. Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
   
4. Confirmation of shipping documents, Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
   
5. Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.
   
6. Update of shipping data to the in-house system
   
7. Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.
   
8. Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
   

Requirement:

- Diploma holder or its equivalent

- Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred

- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Shipping or freight

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

-Able to start work in short notice
