  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technologies
  • Ensure seamless integration of technological solutions into existing structures or systems
  • Support communication and coordination with government authorities, clients, vendors.
  • Assist in navigating government regulations and policies to ensure project compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for project documentation, meetings, and communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.


Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Tourism or related discipline. Additional qualification with project management will be a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project management / coordination or related roles.
  • Working experiences with attraction and hospitalization industries are preferrable.
  • Familiar with building construction and project management processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual
