- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Assess, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technologies
- Ensure seamless integration of technological solutions into existing structures or systems
- Support communication and coordination with government authorities, clients, vendors.
- Assist in navigating government regulations and policies to ensure project compliance.
- Provide administrative support for project documentation, meetings, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Tourism or related discipline. Additional qualification with project management will be a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project management / coordination or related roles.
- Working experiences with attraction and hospitalization industries are preferrable.
- Familiar with building construction and project management processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual
