Site Manager

• Reports to the Project Manager or Assistance Project Manager In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely completion and good quality of works Ensure safety regulations are complied
  

Requirements:

• Qualifications - Must possess BCSS certificate - Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) construction background. Precast construction is also a plus - 5+ years of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) site supervisor - Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities - Structural or civil and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics associated with the mechanical and structural trades - Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer-based tools - Knowledge of Navisworks or any BIM software would be an added advantage - Strong leadership and excellent communication and organizational skills - Fluency in English
