Job Description

• Management of facilities and systems:
  Project management for new building construction.
  Maintenance of existing structures.
  Development of programs for planned maintenance and services.
  
  
• Managing service partners and contractors:
  Overseeing their work and ensuring quality.
  Coordination of tasks and schedules.
  
  
• Providing technical advice:
  Offering expertise to user departments.
  Assisting in decision-making processes.
  
  
• Coordinating fire safety and Green Mark tasks:
  Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  Investigating safety incidents and preparing reports.
  
  

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering with preferably 3 years’ relevant experience
  
• Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design
