Social Media Cum E-Commerce Retail Assistant

ArchWizard, an e-commerce start-up located in Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219, is hiring for the position of Social Media cum E-commerce Retail Assistant. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and handle the company's social media platforms and e-commerce site. The job would involve the roles of Marketing Assistant, Graphic Designers, Social Media Management, and E-commence Management.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and administrating content on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, etc.
  
• Utilising AI generative tools to perform content creation.
  
• Graphic design for posters, website image, social media content, etc.
  
• Graphic design for product label, product listing image, etc.
  
• Monitoring metrics, insights, responding to comments, and overseeing creative design.
  
• Planning and implementing the overall digital strategy with stakeholders.
  
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
  
• Creating consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  

Requirements:

• A passion for social media and e-commerce.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Well versed in English and Chinese.
  
• Experience in Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
  
• Interest and experience in gaming is a plus.
  
• Experience in photography, videography, and copywriting is a plus.
  
• Strong desire to learn and utilize new tools, especially AI generative tools.
  
• Ability to self-learn new tools is required.
  

Remuneration:

• Pay $10/hr. ($1280/month based on 4 weeks * 4 days * 7 hours * $10)
  
• Potential for pay raises and conversion to a permanent role.
