Job Responsibilities

1. Provide psychosocial support to patients, caregivers, and families.
   
2. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders.
   
3. Administer and evaluate welfare programs.
   
4. Manage patient admissions and financial assistance.
   
5. Plan and oversee social programs.
   
6. Maintain patient records and billing information.
   
7. Lead group sessions for specific client groups.
   
8. Advocate for relevant programs and services
   

Requirements

- Min. Degree in social work ;

- Has SASW accreditation

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

- Passion for uplifting patients’ lives through providing holistic social care

- Team player and with good written communication and interpersonal skills
