Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our IC Design team with a strong foundation in computer principles, data structures, and algorithms, and significant experience in embedded systems development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software for IC design and verification.
  
• Work closely with hardware engineers to debug hardware systems and develop drivers.
  
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of computer principles and algorithms to optimize software performance.
  
• Design, implement, and test software solutions in C/C++ for embedded systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  
• Maintain high coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• In-depth understanding of computer principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming with at least five years of relevant development experience.
  
• Familiarity with Linux embedded development environments.
  
• Experience in hardware system debugging and driver development.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent coding habits and the ability to undertake work independently.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Previous experience in IC design and development.
  
• Knowledge of low-level programming and hardware-software integration.
  
• Experience with EDA tools and methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with advanced technology standards and processes.
