About the Job

You will lead and manage a team of 5 engineers in developing core product features. Other responsibilities are as follow:

• Align engineering efforts with business goals in collaboration with the Growth Product Manager and business owner.
  
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
  
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
  
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
  
• Maintain development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
  

Skills &
Experiences Required

You will need min bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in back-end development, with .NET Core experience.
  
• At least 3 years of experience leading an engineering team, preferably in a remote setup.
  
• Proficient in micro-service architecture, cloud services, containers, and message queues.
  
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
  
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies and models is preferred.
