Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Solution Architect for a MNC to convey a unified technical vision for solutions within an Agile environment. In this role, you will be crucial shaping the future state of the company’s IT environment. In the initial phase, focus on identifying opportunities and defining a roadmap for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Release Train Engineer to design and implement Agile Release Trains, guiding structure, processes, and ceremonies.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic architectural runway and align ART strategy with organizational objectives.
  
• Design and maintain the overall architecture of the Agile Release Train, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration points.
  
• Provide technical leadership to support Agile principles and practices.
  
• Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders for efficient delivery of business value.
  
• Build a simplified yet connected system landscape to support growth ambitions.
  
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Release Train.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to challenges.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  
• Stay informed on industry trends and Agile methodologies to enhance organizational practices.
  

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a Solution Architect utilizing Agile methodologies.
  
• Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience implementing them in large-scale organizations.
  
• Deep understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  
• Experienced in Salesforce-centric architectural design, specifically with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce products.
  
• Proficient in one or more integration tools, capable of designing integration scenarios and patterns.
  
• Knowledgeable in Document Management Solutions, Data Architecture Solutions, and AI/ML.
  
• Experience with human-centered design or design thinking is a plus.
  
• Skilled in collaborating with teams of architects, including Salesforce Solution/Technical Architects, Data and Integration Architects, and Enterprise Architects.
