Spa Therapist Supervisor

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

1. Conversation with clients to determine the services that they need.

2. Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body.

3. Interview clients to determine of an illnesses or medical conditions that they may have which will keep them from taking proper benefit from massage treatments.

4. Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available massages and suggest appropriate massage therapies for individual clients.

5. Explain massage procedure and provide information about oils and creams used during massage.

6. Perform massaging activities according to each client’s instructions

(pressure and preferred oil / cream)

7. Talk to clients (minimally) during massage treatments to ensure their wellbeing during the procedure.

8. Use aids such as infrared lamps, ice and hot or cold compresses to help with massage.

9. Maintain a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environment.

10. Help in all areas of massage operation as requested by organization

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
