Job Description


As a Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and securing partnerships for our events. This role involves extensive research, collaboration with cross- functional teams, and on-site execution of conferences to ensure exceptional customer service.




Responsibilities:


1. Sponsorship Sales:


  • Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to identify potential event partners interested in sponsorship opportunities at the Zak World of Façades event in Asia-Pacific and globally.
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their investment aligns with their business objectives.


2. Collaboration:


  • Working closely with a project team consisting of marketing, sales, and operations managers to deliver events on budget and within deadlines.
  • Providing valuable input and insights to enhance the overall success of the events.


3. Onsite Delivery:


  • Executing conferences on-site with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service.
  • Ensuring sponsors receive maximum visibility and value during the events.




Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4-5 years of B2B exhibition/conference experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial acumen and a keen sense of deadlines.
  • Quick learner, accountable, and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to absorb complex information quickly and translate it into tangible results.
