Staff Nurse - Health Screening

• Perform Treadmill ECG, ECG, spirometry, audiometry, vaccinations, tonometry and all other clinical procedures offered at HealthConnexion and to carry out these practices in accordance with MOH code of Ethics, and take action to rectify unsafe nursing practice and/or unprofessional conduct.
  
• Provide high level of care, concern and comfort for HealthConnexion’s clients.
  
• Provide relevant advice and information to clients on HealthConnexion’s screening packages.
  
• To work cohesively as an active member of the clinic team as well as with HealthConnexion’s service providers, ensuring smooth operation of the clinic.
  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Full Medical Report and also in the Clinic Medical System.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory lists of vaccines and supplements in the clinic, updating on a daily basis.
  
• Carry out other responsibilities as delegated from time to time by the Clinic Manager or the Medical Administrators.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
  
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in health screening.
  
• High proficiency of communication skills that include:
  interpersonal, verbal, written and computer.
