Store Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced Store Marketing Manager to drive our store's marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness. As a Store Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to attract more customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy Development:
   Analyze market trends and develop effective store marketing strategies and plans to attract customers and boost store sales.
   
2. Promotional Activities:
   Plan and execute various promotional events, seasonal activities, and in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
   
3. Brand Promotion:
   Promote the brand through various channels to increase brand awareness and reputation.
   
4. Team Collaboration:
   Work closely with the store manager and other departments to ensure smooth execution and positive outcomes of marketing activities.
   
5. Ability to complete the assessment set by the company：achieve sales targets, lead the team to achieve the targets, and train successors.
   

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
   There is no requirement for academic qualifications, but a related major is preferred. We hope you have sufficient social marketing experience.
   
2. Work Experience:
   At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or store marketing.
   
3. Communication Skills:
   Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and plans.
   
4. Creativity:
   Creative thinking and innovation ability to plan and execute unique marketing activities.
   
5. Data Analysis:
   Strong data analysis skills to drive decisions based on data insights.
   
6. Project Management:
   Exceptional project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
   
7. Language Skills:
   Fluency in English and Mandarin;
   proficiency in multiplelanguages is a plus.
   
8. Team building ability:
   Ability to recruit and train talents by oneself, with excellent leadership and execution capabilities
   

Our company has branch stores all over the island. Employees recruited externally may be assigned to any store. If you can only work at a certain location, please communicate in advance.
