Store Supervisor (Retail)

Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers and retailers of quality footwear. They are now recruiting a Store Supervisor to be part of their Sales team to assist their team for the next phase of their business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
  
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet store and individual targets
  
• Develop strategies to increase customer base, store traffic, and profitability
  
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry
