JOB DESCRIPTION
The Strategy and Operations team supports the Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) by providing strategic guidance and scaled support needed to enable the growth of our business. You will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational projects to drive the sales business. In this highly cross-functional role, you will help solve complex ecosystems, partners, and market issues. You will work directly with the DSBO Country Director and APAC DSBO Leadership on high priority topics that cross-cut the organization. You will lead multiple strategic projects or initiatives at the same time, and provide clear, high-impact deliverables that influence leadership, and help evolve the DSBO strategy and organization. You will turn insights/recommendations into action by working closely with teams and with key cross-functional leaders.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee key strategic projects sponsored by DSBO leadership and play a pivotal role in driving and managing the progress of these initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership in DSBO to develop strategic perspectives on critical sales topics that drive key decisions.
  • Support DSBO Leads and their teams in effectively utilizing market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and potential risks, providing guidance to the team.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.G., the product planning team, the marketing team, and the sales operations and category business management teams), monitoring sales performance metrics to ensure the category meets business and profitability goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sales teams, product leadership, and regional sales operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a technology or marketing firm, or equivalent experience in product management, consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or sales operations.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and manage complex large-scale programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start to finish business strategy.
