Job Description
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills and being meticulous in work.
- Open to using personal phone for student management application
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Reception duties (eg. Receive and check deliveries, unbox parcels etc.)
- Facilitate students during arrival/dismissal (Sign in/out in the app, Announce student's name etc.)
- Assist with lesson preparations (eg. printing worksheets, preparing learning tools, filing worksheets)
- Upkeep of students' records
- Preparation of sales invoices
- General upkeep of centre (water plants, dehumidifier, overall tidiness, disinfection of high-touch points and disposing trash at the end of the day)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Working Hours
Mon-Fri 3-7pm
