Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

• Support outlet manager by running and ensuring the smooth operation of the food court
  
• Monitor food hygienic SOP practice at each food stall and conduct random checks including relevant mandatory certification compliance
  
• Manpower planning, recruitment and schedule of monthly duty rosters for all staff
  
• Knowledgeable in all service techniques
  
• Provide service according to procedures and standards established by the management
  
• Supervise staff on shift and ensure proper staffing level in order to provide good service standards
  
• Perform cashier duties as and when required
  
• Ensure that all pre-opening and closing duties are completed on schedule daily
  
• Familiar with all items on the menu. Must have good knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time
  
• Ensure that the items are prepared and ready on time
  
• Recommend and promote items on the menu or specials to customers
  
• Maintain accurate inventory on weekly basis according to departmental policies and procedures
  
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times
  
• Clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area
  
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Wiliness to learn new items on food and service
  
• Serious passion in pursuing a career in F&
  B industry
  
• Positive working attitude and a ready smile
  
• Possess a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification
  
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
  
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  
• Those with F&
  B experience will be favourably considered
