Responsibilities &
Requirements

• Punctual
• Good positive attitude
• Holds a Class 3 driving licence (transport allowance will be provided if you have your own car)
• Arrange job scheduling and workflow
• Ensure efficient use of company resources
• Ensure workers are doing their job correctly in the warehouse as well as at jobsites
• Evaluate workers performance and provide feedback to senior management
• Assist in resolving employee issues or disputes
• Ensure that projects are completed on time
• Ensure company house-keeping and good culture within workers
• Training of new incoming workers

Optional (sales commission)

After appropriate trainings are provided, if you are able to bring in clients or jobs for the company, you will be paid commission for each successful job completed.
