Our client is a well-established Manufacturer of Hardware.




Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicate relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Process orders accurately and on time
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress
  • Identify shortcomings and propose improvements


Requirements:


  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative positions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of general hardware products such as bolts, nuts, washers, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
