System Analyst - Application Support

• Team Lead / Supervisory Exp

• Able to do night support remotely, 2 to 3 times in a month
  

Responsibilities

• Provide application support, analyze, investigate &
  manage daily application issues / incidents
  
• System / Issue monitoring &
  tracking of resolution through incident management system
  
• Perform query job
  
• Work with cross functional teams for incident investigation and follow up
  
• Perform application deployment, support post deployment and post maintenance verification activities
  
• Perform project documentation, generate data statistics &
  reports
  
• Administration of application configuration, user account, and support audits activity
  

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of application support and end user management experience
  
• Possess supervisory / team lead experience
  
• Experienced in writing scripts using SQL
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Able to provide night support 2 - 3 times in a month (based on roster)
