NIE invites suitable candidates to join the Division of Academic Computing &
Information Services (ACIS) as a Systems Analyst in the Digital Solutions Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for innovative IT solutions.
  • Project Management:
    Assist in monitoring IT solution projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic business objectives.
  • Effective Communication:
    Engage with administrative staff, faculty members and researchers to understand their requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure timely progress on projects.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Address technical queries from administrative staff, faculty members and researchers, leveraging your technical expertise to provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Hands-on Support:
    Contribute to projects by performing medium-level coding tasks, assisting with technical challenges, and supporting the development process.
  • Compliance Audits:
    Participate in audits to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accountability.


Who We're Looking For:

  • A University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of application development and expertise on OutSystems platform
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in coding and project management, with a proven track record of supporting successful IT initiatives.
  • 3 to 5 years working experience as a systems analyst
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving collective goals.
