Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager - Retail
job description
You will report to the GM and your responsibilities include:
- Managing end to end recruitment from job posting to interviews and offer management
- Recruiting for both retail front line positions as well as key leadership corporate level roles
- Working closely with the GM in setting up good HR hiring policies and tracking system
- Interviewing and on-boarding vendors in order to build an ATS system
- Working with overseas recruiters to start the team in various market
- Working with the rest of the HR team on other initiatives
Successful candidates must have:
- at least 4 years of experience in recruiting and in HR in order to understand the job requirement
- independent and also has a sense of ownership
- passionate for fashion, design and lifestyle
- no regional experience is required
