As an Talent Acquisition Specialist at SearchAsia, you will have the privilege of immersing yourself in a collaborative environment, closely collaborating with our HR managers to identify exceptional talent for our organisation. Your pivotal role will involve spearheading internship recruitment and sourcing endeavours, orchestrating and conducting interviews, and actively contributing to our company's branding initiatives.

As part of the role, key responsibilities will include:
● Lead the end-to-end recruitment process:
proactively source and assess resumes, select qualified candidates, arrange interviews, and oversee onboarding procedures.
● Utilise job-search platforms such as LinkedIn and Job Portals to actively scout and build talent pipelines for our esteemed clients.
● Conduct thorough industry-specific research to identify potential client organisations that align with our talent criteria.
● Nurture and cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients, adeptly establishing rapport and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
● Collaborate closely with potential clients to gain a deep understanding of their talent requirements, organisational culture, and business objectives.
● Effectively map and organise information, extract data, and proficiently perform data entry tasks.
Candidate Specification
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● Graduates with strong track records in school / internship experience, without working experience, are encouraged to apply.
● Possess remarkable organisational prowess, effective communication abilities, and adept conflict resolution skills.
● Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive mindset.
● Enjoys engaging and cultivating positive relationships with others.
