  • Open to being based in the Western part of Singapore. Also open to the co’s official work hours (8 am to 515 pm on Mon to Thurs, and 8 am to 415 pm on Fri).


Our client is a renowned and global leader in the industrial sector. This global co is based in the Western part of Singapore (island wide transport to the work location is provided).




For this role, you are part of the global HR team based in Singapore. This role will report to the Global head of HR based in Singapore and is at the Mgr/Senior Mgr managing a team of 1 to 2.




Responsibilities


  • Drive the development and implementation of talent management strategies and framework to support the growth and success of the company.
  • Engage senior leadership to define talent priorities &
    initiatives and conductassessments of talent needs and trends, both internally and externally.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create career pathways for their growth within the organisation.
  • Design and implement programmes to support employee development, including training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles within the organisation.
  • Identify critical talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of internal and external talent to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal exercise and provide guidance &
    support to managers andemployees on performance-related matters.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in talent management, employee development and performance management.
  • Industry exposure gained in the manufacturing/marine/engineering/industrial sector is a plus (but not a must)
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation &
    facilitation skills andthe ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
    .
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office.
  • Open to being based in the Western location of the co and open to their official work hours (8 am to 515 pm on Mon to Thurs, and 8 am to 415 pm on Fri). Also open to working longer work hours when required
