Receivable Collection Team Supervisor - Medical Aesthetics / Beauty industry

ROLE PURPOSE

This role of supervisor is to manage agents who are working with customers to collect accounts as well as help organize and give direction to the agent based on the feedback from the client. We would like to have someone that can assist and be a liaison between the sales team and the collector to ensure that we can proactively handle the client’s expectations. Having someone that can jump on the calls and help add perspective and manage personalities professionally is an absolute must.

You must understand the culture, geography, and mindset of the salespeople so we can become a more cash focused business. The AR is reviewed weekly by leadership team so you must be able to provide strong updates on performance.

Job Overview

• Must have team leader experience.
  
• Candidates with 3rd Party Commercial Collection experience.
  
• This is a full-time work from home position with some in-person meeting required.

  good internet connection.

Role Responsibilities

· Monitor &
Deliver KPI as requiredby customer from time to time.

· Manage motivate team of remote agents.

· Manage the Collection process – Global Languages

· Ability to document and update SOPs to mitigate the risk of attrition on the portfolio

· Ensure operator are delivering individual outbound calls target KPI

· Maximize Productivity

· Monitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement.

· To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of the operation of the Contact Centre.

· Deliver the required volume of effective coaching.

· Step into operational role of collection agent, when required.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE

• College’s degree or above
  
• Strong Communication:
  can read documents/write email in English &
  Korean
  
• Business Collections working experience.
  
• Knowledge of Medical Aesthetics / Beauty Industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
